Free Plan
No refunds are available for users on the Free Plan.
Pro and Premium Plans
Refunds for Pro and Premium subscriptions are available under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If you cannot access the service due to technical problems, please report them within 7 days for a possible refund.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same service, you may request a refund within 7 days.
- Refunds Not Available After Content Use: Once content has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be granted.
Custom or Subscription-Based Services
- Custom Design or Services: Refunds are not provided for custom designs or services already started. A partial refund may be considered based on the stage of the project.
